As part of our global expansion strategy, we are looking for a visionary Sales Business Development Manager who can drive international growth and play a key role in shaping the company’s future.
This is more than a traditional role—it is a leadership and co-founder opportunity for someone passionate about building global markets, forming strategic alliances, and scaling technology businesses across borders.
Drive international business expansion across North America, Europe, GCC, and Africa
Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching to deal closure
Identify and develop B2B and enterprise-level opportunities globally
Build and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, resellers, and channel partners
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for different regions and verticals
Collaborate with technical teams to create impactful proposals and presentations
Take ownership of revenue targets and growth metrics
Recruit and lead global sales and marketing teams as the business scales
3+ years of experience in IT software sales, SaaS, or digital services
Proven success in international business development or market expansion
Strong understanding of software development, digital transformation, and custom solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently with a leadership mindset
Strong international network is a plus
Willingness to join as a co-founder with equity/options (for the right candidate)
Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience
Strong professional presence on LinkedIn or global tech communities
Experience working with US, EU, GCC, or African markets
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and proposal tools
Leadership role with co-founder-level responsibility
Competitive equity or profit-sharing opportunity
