Manual Tester – Freshers

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Manual Tester (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in software testing. You will work closely with experienced QA professionals to test applications, identify issues, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and assist in creating test cases and test scenarios

• Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications

• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate test reports and testing documentation

• Continuously learn testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC

• Knowledge of manual testing types such as functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and quality focus

• Basic knowledge of databases and simple SQL queries (an added advantage)

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, etc.)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of testing experience

• Software testing certifications (ISTQB or equivalent) are a plus
