About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for sales and business development. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, networking, referrals, and online research.
Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, and conversion potential.
Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and generate business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Regularly communicate with clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and provide updates on products and services.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems and Excel sheets.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Experience in the Exhibition Industry will be given preference.
