Position: Telecaller
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support sales conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Explain project details and generate customer interest.
Schedule site visits for interested customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Update customer information and call status in CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales is preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
