Urgent Hiring | HR & Admin Manager
Location: Noida
CTC: Up to ₹4.20 LPA (for the right candidate)
Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in HR & Admin Role
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Employee documentation and record management
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
HR policy implementation and employee engagement
Administrative operations and office management
Vendor coordination and general administration
Requirements:
MBA in HR or related field (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR processes
Ability to handle recruitment and administrative responsibilities independently
