About Us

AstroShubh is a technology-driven astrology platform with expert astrologers to provide personalized astrology, Vastu, and spiritual guidance services. We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can scale our customer acquisition and revenue through paid advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
YouTube Advertising
Other performance channels as required

Manage daily campaign budgets and ensure profitable ROAS.
Build and optimize sales funnels for lead generation and direct conversions.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, creatives, videos, and landing pages.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
Track and report KPIs including:

CPL (Cost Per Lead)
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Conversion Rate
Revenue Generated

Set up and manage:

Meta Pixel
Google Analytics 4
Google Tag Manager
Conversion APIs
Event Tracking

Required Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹1 lakh+.
Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and analytics.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Astrology, Spirituality, Education, Coaching, Healthcare, or D2C brands.
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp automation, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience scaling campaigns from ₹1 lakh to ₹10 lakh+ monthly spend.
