Job Description

Key Responsibilities
•     Busy software data entry — recording all factory transactions, purchases, sales, export entries, and journal entries accurately and on time
•     GST returns filing — preparation and timely submission of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation (including export-related GST treatment, LUT, and zero-rated supplies)
•     Export accounting entries — booking foreign currency transactions, recording export sales in Busy, and coordinating with the senior accountant on export documentation
•     Statement of accounts — preparing and sharing ledger summaries and SOAs on a regular basis
•     Rent billing — generating and sending monthly rent invoices to all tenants across properties
