Job Description
Handling day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
Preparation of purchase, sales, journal, and bank entries
Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
GST working, reconciliation, and return preparation
Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
Inventory and stock accounting coordination
Preparation of MIS reports and management reports
Monitoring receivables and payables
Assisting in TDS compliance and statutory payments
Coordination with auditors, consultants, and banks
Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
Import Export documentation knowledge
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP software
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting compliances
Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports
Experience in manufacturing accounting preferred
Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting operations
