Job Description
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide general office support. Handle professional communication through email, phone calls, and correspondence with customers, vendors, and business partners. Coordinate with third-party service providers, including vendors, suppliers, courier companies, and other external stakeholders. Prepare, process, and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation. Upload and manage product listings, images, descriptions, and inventory information across various online platforms and websites. Maintain and update business reports, including stock reports, production reports, sales reports, and other operational records. Track project timelines and assist in the coordination of ongoing business initiatives. Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation for easy access and reporting. Support management with research, data entry, and administrative tasks as required. Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of assigned tasks and projects
