AI/ML Engineer

looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to building powerful, data-driven digital solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize advanced machine learning models.

• Develop predictive, classification, and statistical models.

• Ensure models are scalable, high-performing, and production-ready.

• Deploy ML models into live production environments.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements.

• Present technical solutions and demonstrate their alignment with client objectives.

• Participate in client meetings and support proposal development.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Sales.

• Clearly communicate complex ML concepts to technical stakeholders.

• Monitor and maintain live ML systems and pipelines.

• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in ML model development, NLP, OCR, and deploying solutions in production environments.

• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Experience in API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Knowledge of task-queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, Redis, or Celery.

• Expertise in NLP and OCR technologies (e.g., Tesseract, OpenCV), and familiarity with libraries like SpaCy or NLTK.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and MLOps practices for efficient model deployment and lifecycle management.
