We are building enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions, including Small Language Models (SLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, reinforcement learning pipelines, and agentic AI frameworks.
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, train, fine-tune, and deploy advanced machine learning models. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate scalable AI solutions into real-world applications.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on expertise in NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning who is excited to work on cutting-edge AI systems at scale.
Design, train, and fine-tune ML/DL models, focusing on Transformers, SLMs, LLMs, and recommender systems
Build and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or PgVector
Fine-tune LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT techniques
Develop reinforcement learning pipelines (including RLHF) to optimize model responses
Create data preprocessing pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets
Deploy models as APIs using FastAPI or Flask
Ensure scalable deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Monitor and optimize model performance (latency, accuracy, hallucination rates)
Use MLflow or Weights & Biases for experiment tracking and model versioning
Stay updated with the latest AI research and open-source advancements
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices
Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Solid understanding of NLP and LLM architectures (Transformers, BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Mistral)
Practical experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, PgVector, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML)
Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Git)
Experience building RLHF pipelines
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
Strong communication skills – able to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborative mindset – works effectively with product, design, and engineering teams
