Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi Experience: 4 to 5 Years Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM We are looking for a talented Architect with 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction documentation, site coordination, and execution, preferably with experience in luxury residential projects. Submission of CV and Portfolio is mandatory. Walk-in Interview: Candidates attending the walk-in interview are requested to bring a hard copy of their updated CV . Key Responsibilities Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs. Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D renders, and walkthroughs. Prepare tender drawings and BOQs. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress and execution. Ensure design intent and quality are maintained during construction. Resolve design and technical issues during project execution. Stay updated with building codes, zoning regulations, construction materials, and industry trends. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture ( B.Arch ) from a recognized institution. 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture. Experience in residential/luxury residential projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office . Working knowledge of Lumion, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D rendering software . Experience in tender drawings and BOQ preparation.
