Job Description

Fill out Google Form- requirement sheet & notes

Create 2d layout options as per discussion & conceptual design presentation

Shortlist and refine 2d layouts as per discussion & finalise 2 layout options and design theme for project

3d layout scheme to be shown with basic estimate of project & elevation presentation

Create 3d design scheme to be done for plans & schematic 3d for elevation

Finalise layouts & 3d elevation – SIGN OFF FROM CLIENT

Creating 3d views for all areas in discussion with team leader/ design head

Create base design drawings & some design parts to be completely detailed (to be detailed by drawing team)

Check design marking at site

Site visits to approve design parts at site

Material selection visits with client & APPROVAL
