Job Description
Position:Territory Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager
Location:Assigned Territory (Travel Required)
Reporting To:Sales Head

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
* Develop strong relationships with granite, marble and stone processing units.
* Maintain regular customer visits and strengthen existing accounts.
* Identify and acquire new customers across the territory.
* Generate enquiries, conduct product demonstrations and convert opportunities.
* Coordinate closely with distributors and channel partners.
* Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Ensure timely collection and customer account management.
* Work closely with the technical and back-office teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate
* 0–10 years of B2B field sales experience.
* Experience in Stone Industry, Construction Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, Adhesives, Coatings, Building Materials, Abrasives or related industries preferred.
* Existing network within Granite, Marble or Stone Processing industries will be a significant advantage.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Self-driven and comfortable with extensive field travel.
* Proven ability to generate business independently.
