Job Description

1. Monthly Sales Target Achievement
Ensure 100% achievement of monthly sales targets across all product categories.
Identify gaps proactively and drive corrective action through field team coordination.

2. Primary Billing Ownership
Take full ownership of primary billing for all assigned Distributors/ Direct Dealers accounts.
Monitor stock movement, ageing, and ensure timely billing to maintain healthy flow of goods.

3. Daily Coordination With DSO Team
Coordinate with all DSOs on a daily basis and share updated working reports with the branch office.
Monitor market visits, dealer communication, and scheme implementation.

4. Focus on Strengthening Secondary Sales
Drive strong secondary billing to sub-dealers, ensuring availability and demand generation.
Analyse sub-dealer performance and take growth-oriented actions.

5. Monthly Market Visit with Each DSO
Visit the market with every DSO once a month, covering all sub-dealer points end-to-end.
Evaluate counter performance, display hygiene, and brand visibility.

6. Dealer Expansion
Aim to increase the dealer base every month, district-wise, ensuring wider coverage and penetration.
Identify potential markets for new dealer appointments.

7. Category-wise Sales Growth
Ensure consistent category-wise billing to both sub-dealers and distributors.
Focus on pushing strategic categories as per business priorities.

8. Daily Market Visits
Visit a minimum of 4 counters every day and spend productive time understanding challenges and business potential.
Share daily visit reports (DVR) with supporting insights.

9. DSO Motivation & Incentive Achievement
Motivate all DSOs to achieve their targets and maximize their monthly incentive earnings.
Provide guidance, training, and field support for better productivity.

10. Weekly Distributor Billing Planning
Prepare a structured weekly billing plan for distributors ensuring an even billing pattern and avoiding month-end pressure.
Work closely with distributors to maintain healthy stock flow.

11. Channel Relationship Building
Build strong and healthy relationships with all direct channel partners.
Collaborate on business planning, promotional activities, and market development.

12. Monthly Sub-Dealer Sales Plan
Formulate a sub-dealer-wise sales plan at the beginning of every month with the help of DSOs.
Align market activities with monthly goals to maximize secondary sales.
