Job Summary
The Finance Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of Rahi Gateways Pvt. Ltd. and its international operations. The role includes financial planning, accounting supervision, treasury management, taxation, compliance, reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and coordination with banks, auditors, Chartered Accountants, government authorities, and financial institutions. The incumbent shall ensure financial discipline, regulatory compliance, profitability monitoring, and strategic financial support to management.

A. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
B. Accounts Receivable Management
C. Accounts Payable Management
D. Banking & Treasury Operations
E. GST Compliance
F. TDS & Income Tax Compliance
G. International Branch Accounting
H. Payroll & Employee Reimbursements
I. Financial Reporting & MIS
J. Audit & Internal Controls
K. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
L. Coordination with Banks, Chartered Accountants & Financial Institutions
a. Act as the primary liaison with banks, auditors, Chartered Accountants, tax
Technical Skills:
a. Advanced knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Corporate Compliance.
b. Strong proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Excel.
c. Knowledge of cash flow management, treasury operations, and financial modelling.
d. Experience in multi-location and international accounting environments.
e. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
