Job Description

Key Responsibilities with required skills & attributes
• Technical software selection on Armstrong Global software for Armstrong range of products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for Armstrong products in the North Zone.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Engage with consultants for product specifications (“spec-in”) and ensure inclusion in project designs.
• Collaborate closely with MEP contractors, general contractors, and end users to secure orders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adapt to market dynamics.
• Responsible for achieving bottom-line targets and managing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closure.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions and presentations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and forecasts.
• Stay updated on emerging markets, new product developments, and competitor strategies.
