Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain CRM/customer records.
Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for stock availability.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor branch activities and ensure adherence to company policies.
Support recruitment and onboarding of sales staff when required. �

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in retail sales, mobile, laptop, camera, or electronics industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Willingness to travel between branches if required. �
