OATI is looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our team as Associate Project Managers. This is the perfect role for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in project management within the energy software industry.
You’ll work closely with senior project managers, support mission-critical software deployments, and gain hands-on experience in client communications, project coordination, and industry practices — all while being mentored in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist senior project managers in coordinating software deployments.
Support project teams with planning and execution tasks.
Help with client communications and updates.
Learn industry practices and project management skills under close supervision.
We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school may also be considered.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and ability to acquire new skills quickly.
Local to Minnesota with ability for infrequent travel.
Must pass an acceptable background investigation report.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Understanding of the software development process.
Knowledge of the energy industry.
Prior work experience in system operations or IT.
