You’ll work side-by-side with senior project managers, supporting mission-critical software deployments, assisting with client communications, and learning industry practices in a structured, supportive environment. 🔑 What You’ll Do
Assist senior project managers in coordinating software deployments.
Support project teams with planning, tracking, and execution tasks.
Help manage client communications and updates.
Learn industry practices and project management skills under close supervision.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school may also be considered.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and ability to acquire new skills quickly.
Local to Minnesota with ability for infrequent travel.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
Must pass an acceptable background investigation report.
🌟 Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards.
Familiarity with FERC, NERC, and NAESB regulations.
Understanding of the software development process.
Energy industry knowledge.
Prior work experience in system operations or IT.
