Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations and team performance.
Monitor sales targets and ensure branch growth.
Handle staff management, and floor discipline.
Support sales and operations teams in achieving business goals.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure service quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Train, motivate, and guide team members.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
Prior experience in team handling or branch management preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage targets, operations, and staff efficiently.
️ Preferred: Candidates with experience in travel sales, operations, and team management.
