Profile – BSM And RM
Product- Home Loan & LAP
Location _ Delhi, Noida, Gurgoan
Salary- 4LPA to 6LPA
Exp- Min 1 year to 8year (prefer- HL&LAP)

Key Responsibilities
Sales Driving: Achieve home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales targets.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high productivity.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to enhance business growth.
Operational Control: Oversee the loan process from sourcing, documentation, and credit checks to login and disbursement.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and trends in the affordable housing segment to expand the channel network
