Business Analyst

Looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you’ll be the communicator, problem-solver, and organizer who ensures projects run smoothly and deliver real value.

 What You’ll Do

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to define clear project scope and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to spot opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to keep communication clear between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Support the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
• Assist in preparing business cases, project plans, and proposals.
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making.
• Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Keep all documentation (process flows, functional specs, test cases) accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help implement best practices.

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation (functional specs, user stories, use cases).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Technical skills including SQL, data analysis, and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
