Job Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their IT and software requirements.

• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.

• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—with timely follow-ups and clear communication.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements align with product and service offerings.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.

• Consistently work toward achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

• Participate actively in industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT or software sales / business development.

• Basic understanding of IT and software products, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on closing deals.
