Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth in Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, analytical, and capable of identifying new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities in Web, Mobile, and Digital Marketing domains (India & Overseas markets)

Generate leads through multiple channels including online bidding portals, email marketing, and social media

Understand client requirements and prepare detailed proposals and pre-sales documentation

Conduct client discussions, negotiations, and successfully close deals

Propose project budgets and commercial structures to clients

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Prepare persuasive business communication and client outreach messages

Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth project handover

Support and guide the lead generation team to ensure quality leads

Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals

Strong understanding of trending Web, Mobile, and Digital Marketing technologies

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (especially for overseas clients)
