Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Kaolin Sales Executive to drive business growth across multiple regions. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the natural minerals segment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for kaolin products across assigned regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Conduct market research and track industry trends
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Provide regular sales updates and market insights
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of kaolin/china clay or ability to quickly understand technical products
Strong market research and analytical skills
Target-driven with good organizational abilities
Experience in manufacturing, mining, or export industries is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Willingness to travel extensively
