Hiring: Business Development Manager (Google Ads – Goldie Process)
Locations: Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida
About the Role:
Work on Google’s Paid Advertisement Project (Goldie Process). You’ll engage directly with business owners, onboard them onto Google Ads, and help them grow through enhanced digital visibility.
Client Budget Starting From: ₹5,000
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 + Petrol Allowance + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned SME/merchant leads and onboard them on Google Ads
• Educate clients on digital marketing and online visibility
• Manage end-to-end onboarding (documentation, account setup, ad activation)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention
• Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
Candidate Profile:
• Experience in B2B / corporate sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with field sales and in-person client meetings
• Tech-savvy; understanding of digital marketing is a plus
⭐ Preferred Background:
Experience with platforms/companies like Google Ads, Justdial, Meta, Wildcraft, or similar B2B industries
