Position: Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales)
Location: Sector 89, Phase 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Weekly Off as per Company Roster)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property presentations, arranging site visits, and achieving sales targets through effective client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, events, and field activities.
Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Promote residential, commercial, and investment projects offered by the company.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Convert inquiries into successful bookings and closures.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Provide accurate information regarding project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
Site Visits & Presentations
Schedule and conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
Explain project features, amenities, location advantages, and investment potential.
Assist customers throughout the sales process until final closure.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Update management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Market Research
Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor projects.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Experience in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, Banking, Hospitality, Automobile Sales, or Direct Sales will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
