We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the complete sales lifecycle for our digital services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in selling web and digital marketing solutions to mid-to-large sized organizations.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle including cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentations, proposal discussions, negotiation, and deal closure.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, telephone outreach, and online platforms such as Elance, Guru, and Odesk (Upwork).
Identify new business opportunities and develop potential client relationships.
Handle existing accounts and ensure high levels of client servicing and satisfaction.
Conduct area mapping, prospecting, and commercial negotiations, ensuring proper documentation and deal finalization.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Engage with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and senior stakeholders to present company services effectively.
Keep the CRM system updated daily with accurate and timely customer and opportunity information.
Suggest improvements and strategic changes to enhance business value and growth.
Work independently and contribute effectively in a startup environment.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in hardcore sales with consistent target achievement.
Strong telephone communication and persuasive selling skills.
Experience in selling Web Design, E-commerce Solutions, Custom Software Development, SEO, PPC, and SMO services.
Good understanding of website and application development services, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
Proven ability to generate new accounts and grow business within existing accounts.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling pressure.
