Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client-facing roles, skilled in field sales activities, and capable of generating and closing new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills along with a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services including Web, Mobile, Software, and Digital solutions

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and corporate presentations

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research

• Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations

• Negotiate contracts and close deals within defined timelines

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for seamless project execution

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Qualifications
