Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads from IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, Website, Email, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with suppliers.
Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into purchase orders.
Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-up.
Maintain CRM, inquiry tracker, and sales reports.
Support domestic and export sales activities.
Assist in business development and market research.

What We’re Looking For
Graduate Diploma or Degree Engineering / B. Com
Candidates – Female
2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Operations, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and online business platforms.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
Experience with IndiaMART, ExportersIndia, industrial products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
