Job Description

As a Business & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting the company’s products and services, and building long-term client relationships. You will actively follow up on leads, respond to customer inquiries, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams for proposals and updates, and ensuring a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities

• Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms

• Explain products and services clearly to prospective clients

• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team growth

• Prepare and update sales reports using basic tools and CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project updates

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

• Any graduate degree

• Strong interest in sales and business development
