Job Title: Center Manager – PreschoolLocation: Najafgarh, Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our preschool. The role involves managing admissions, parent relations, staff supervision, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day preschool operations.
Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
Counsel prospective parents and conduct school tours.
Supervise teachers and support staff.
Ensure smooth implementation of curriculum and activities.
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child care.
Handle parent communication and resolve concerns.
Organize events, marketing activities, and community outreach.
