Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing DSAs.
Acquire and onboard new DSA partners.
Drive MSME loan sourcing and business generation through the DSA channel.
Ensure achievement of business, disbursement, and productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile:
Experience in MSME/LAP/Business Loan sales through the DSA channel.
Strong network and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
Preferred experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services organizations.
