Job Description

Department: Sales
Channel: Multi Channel
Role: Relationship Manager

Job Role
Engaging with distributors (IFA / Banks / ND’s) to garner sales.
Manage direct selling to cater to the HNI customers in the area.
Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts
Identify & empanel new IFA in the area.
Plan, develop and implement business strategies for overall growth of the area allocated & the distributors & bank RM’s in that area, with the objective of improving sales and enabling business expansion
Enlarge the scope of existing Distributor relationships and penetrate deeper into the Non-Active Distributors
Handle branch IR & DS activities with the help of office staff / trainee
Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill

Job Requirements
4-6 years of relevant selling experience.
Proven track record of client value creation
Exemplary communication and client engagement skills
Domain knowledge of investments / mutual funds necessary.

Educational Qualifications
MBA/PGDM – Finance and/or Marketing
The candidate must have good communication & presentation skills.
The candidate should have experience in Mutual Fund Sales & sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Products.
The ideal candidates should have knowledge of Capital Markets & value creation for clients.
Self-starter, proactive & target oriented behavior will be appreciated.
AMFI certified – NISM VA (Mandatory)
