Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chinese and Thai dishes as per company recipes and quality standards.
Handle mise en place, production, and event execution.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist in menu development and food trials.
Manage inventory and minimize wastage.
Work efficiently under pressure during large-scale catering events.
