Job Description

1. Handle inbound customer queries related to payments, transactions, and wallet issues.
2. Assist users with failed transactions, refunds, and payment reversals.
3. Guide customers on using features like UPI, bill payments, recharges, and bank transfers
4. Resolve complaints related to account issues, KYC, and app functionality.
5.Need excellent communication skills.
