Mandatory Requirements2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, or IT Services company is mandatory.
Experience handling international clients (US, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end relationships with international clients through email, Zoom, phone, and other communication channels.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high responsiveness.
Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Track account performance, revenue, and client retention metrics.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Support business development initiatives by generating new opportunities whenever required.
Possess a good understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, and Website Development, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and project management tools.
