Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and pending EMIs.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of dues.
Obtain and track Payment Promises (PTP) from customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
Meet daily call and collection targets.
Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments and provide appropriate resolutions.
Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams for effective recovery and account resolution.
Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
