Content Creator

looking for a talented and dynamic Content Writer & Social Media Specialist to join our team and enhance our clients’ digital presence with engaging blogs, articles, press releases, and high-quality social media content. In this role, you will ideate, create, and manage content across multiple platforms while supporting our talent acquisition and HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content including blogs, articles, website copy, press releases, and social media posts.

• Conceptualize and execute creative social media ideas to reach and engage new audiences.

• Develop compelling content strategies aligned with branding, marketing goals, and audience needs.

• Manage end-to-end content delivery, from planning to execution and publishing.

• Guide content creation, maintenance, governance, and optimization for ongoing projects.

• Build and maintain a detailed Page Inventory (URLs, keywords, page titles, notes, etc.).

• Maintain a comprehensive Content Index documenting content elements and characteristics.

• Collaborate with ontology/taxonomy teams to develop facet maps and categorize content efficiently.

• Conduct regular industry research to identify trends and opportunities for improving online experiences.

• Coordinate with HR and talent acquisition teams for content-related hiring support when required.
