About Us

Grind Magic is a growing brand specializing in premium Coffee Powder and Coffee Beans. We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and target-driven Corporate Sales Manager to expand our corporate and institutional client network.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, offices, hotels, cafés, restaurants, institutions, supermarkets, distributors, and wholesalers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations.
Generate new business opportunities and close sales deals.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Coffee, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as required.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
