Creative Designer

looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our team and turn ideas, data, and insights into visually engaging designs. If you enjoy transforming research reports, performance marketing case studies, or social media content into clear, stunning visuals, this role is perfect for you. Your designs will reach top CMOs, founders, and global audiences, making a real impact.

What You’ll Work On

• Design research reports, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations for global marketing audiences.

• Create brochures, one-pagers, event collateral, and brand decks for AdLift, Tesseract, and ContentLift.

• Craft visually strong, modern, and high-impact social media creatives.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns, newsletters, and website content to life through design.

• Maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints (AdLift, Tesseract, and ContentLift).

• Bring fresh design ideas to research-heavy content while ensuring clarity and structure.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Communication Designer.

• Strong portfolio showcasing reports, brochures, brand decks, social media designs, and infographics.

• Ability to simplify complex information through clean visual storytelling.

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, formatting, and data visualization principles.

• Strong sense of brand voice, aesthetic judgment, and attention to detail.
