Job Description

Job Responsibilities:• Lead and manage creative projects from concept to execution
• Develop creative ideas for social media, branding, campaigns & documentary shoots
• Guide graphic designers, video editors & creative team members
• Ensure high-quality visual output aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with content, marketing & production teams
• Handle creative direction for reels, ads, documentaries & promotional content
• Plan and supervise video shoots, scripting, production & post-production process
• Create engaging YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives
• Manage camera angles, lighting, sound, storytelling & video aesthetics

Requirements & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.)
• Experience in video production, thumbnail designing & creative direction
• Understanding of cinematography, editing & visual storytelling
• Ability to manage shoot schedules, production teams & creative execution
• Creative thinking and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
