CRM Developer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that streamline business processes, enhance customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.

Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Location: Noida, Sector-63
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements

• Design and develop customized CRM solutions using platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems

• Configure CRM systems to support workflows, data models, user interfaces, and reporting needs

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, APIs, and integrations to extend CRM functionality

• Implement data migration strategies from legacy systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity

• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides

• Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to align CRM solutions with business objectives

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal system performance

• Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices

• Provide technical support and training to ensure successful CRM adoption

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience in CRM development and implementation

• Strong expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent CRM platforms

• Solid understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and configuration

• Experience with CRM SDKs, APIs, web services, and integrations

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• CRM certifications (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, etc.)

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
