Job Description

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner 
Assist customers with product-related information, orders, payments, and delivery queries 
Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring high customer satisfaction 
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups 
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, category, operations) to resolve issues 
Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards
