Job Description
·        Manage large amount of incoming phone calls
·        Attending queries.
·        Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
·        Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
·        Stay calm when clients / patients are stressed or upset.
·        Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
·        Communication with Clients /Patients through various channels.
·        Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
·        Keeping records of Client / Patients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per norms.
·        Communicating and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
·        Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
·        Ensure Client /Patient satisfactions and provide professional customer support.Â
