Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls efficiently and courteously.
Understand and resolve customer queries related to products, orders, billing, and accounts.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments with proper documentation.
Accurately log call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
Meet daily and monthly KPIs — AHT, CSAT, FCR, and attendance.
Follow call scripts, SOPs, and compliance guidelines on every interaction.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Clear, neutral accent with strong listening and comprehension ability.
Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer issues.
Ability to handle customers with composure.
