Position: Customer Relationship Manger Experience: 3-6 years Location: Near Shivaji Park Metro Station, Opp. Metro Pillar No. 149 Employment Type: Full- Time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Handle customers from order confirmation till payment collection * Coordinate with customer, transporter & dispatch team for smooth dispatch and delivery * Follow up for orders, deliveries & pending payments * Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales service * Handle complaints & difficult customers tactfully * Take genuine customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships * Coordinate internally for timely resolution of customer issues CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Female Candidate preferred * Confident, polite & professional communication * Excellent follow-up skills * Basic knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Debtors, Payment Collection & Dispatch * Good phone & WhatsApp communication skills * Should be reachable on call when required, including Sundays for urgent matters * Ability to handle pressure & difficult situations calmly
