Job Description

What do we expect from this role?
·        Handling customers through calls
·        Ensure correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
·        Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and/or by email

Requirements:
Good command on English. (Written & Verbal
Willing to work in night shift (7.30pm – 4.30am)
1-2 years of experience handling customers mandatory
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

Good English Telecalling / BPO / Telesales
