The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing B2B telecalling, understanding customer requirements, and converting potential inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Daily Call Management: Promptly attend, manage, and follow up on daily calls and inquiries coming through the IndiaMART portal . Requirement Gathering: Engage with potential buyers to accurately understand their technical/business requirements for laser machines. Product Explanation: Pitch appropriate laser machine models based on client needs and guide them through product features and pricing. Lead Tracking: Maintain daily call records, manage lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals. Lead Nurturing: Build strong rapport with clients to drive sales conversions and repeat inquiries. Key Requirements & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling (Experience in B2B machinery/industrial sales is a plus). Portal Knowledge: Prior experience handling IndiaMART leads and CRM/inquiry portals is highly preferred. Key Traits: Quick learner with a strong interest in understanding product specifications.
